Society & governance
Proves the society can legally sign and borrow
Society By-Laws
Registered copy filed with the Registrar. Confirms the society is a legal entity and that its rules allow it to borrow and to license the roof.
Managing Committee
Current office bearers, plus the resolution approving the solar project and naming an authorised signatory.
RERA Certificate
The project's RERA registration. Establishes the building's approved legal identity.
Occupancy Certificate
Issued by the local authority at completion. Proves the building is legally occupied and the roof is a sanctioned structure.
